One of our course candidates from the last adults course at Above Bar Church kindly agreed to host the second course reunion. So today we met at the Aldermoor Community Farm run by Richard Pitt and his friends. We had a guided tour of all the work he has been doing over the last months and met some very friendly chickens!
Quite a number of ex candidates could not attend this time as they are holding down full time jobs now.

We have had a great few weeks delivering Choices for young adults in Weston and the surrounding areas. Although we had a drop off at the beginning, those who have remained are really enthusiastic and motivated to engage with the material.
After the first day of the course two candidates reported they had already made changes in the way they reacted to situations and were feeling hopeful that they would be able to make the changes needed to get back on track and improve their situations. Such an encouragement for us as facilitators!

We love having visitors, particularly those who are interested in running Choices courses in their own areas. It was lovely to welcome Tim and co. from Norwich and Sally from Brighton this week and we look forward to partnering with them in the near future.
We even managed to keep the sun out for them.
